We ship from our workshop in the Netherlands. Every order includes tracking and ships within 1 business day after payment confirmation. Below are our flat shipping rates; they become free on orders over €150.

14-day return policy
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging.
To start a return, contact us at hello@redrig.example with your order number. We will send you a return label and refund within 5 business days of receiving the goods.
Custom or engraved modules are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Warranty
Every RedRig product is backed by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The dovetail mechanism is engineered to hold tight; if it ever loosens, we replace it free of charge.
